SIRIUSXM
Creative direction across the whole brand, from Times Square to the podcast feed

On New Year's Eve the SiriusXM logo took over the Times Square screens. I animated it: a starburst drawn in fireworks, bursting across the billboards and the wraparound as the countdown hit zero.

That was one night. The rest of the job was everything a brand with hundreds of channels needs, and I was the creative director on it: channel and show branding, event creative, podcast art, digital and print, video and animation. Heavy metal, country, reggae, Gen Z politics, all on one platform and all needing to look like themselves.
Headbangers Happy Hour on Octane got a logo built to be treated a dozen ways: flames, neon, shattered glass, stamped red. A Pop Evil live set, a Chris Stapleton show at the Fillmore, a Tuff Gong Radio guest spot and Young American with Dylan Douglas each got their own look, then every piece was cut to the sizes the platform needed: square, banner, story, in-app and out of home.

Fast turnaround, tight brand rules, a lot of rooms to walk into. Make it loud, make it clear, make it fit the box.
